Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FormulaAI ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

FormulaAI converts natural language descriptions into spreadsheet formulas using AI. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the AI service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. AI-Generated Content

Formulas generated by FormulaAI are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any formula before using it in your spreadsheets. We do not guarantee the correctness or suitability of generated formulas for any specific purpose.

4. Free and Premium Plans

FormulaAI offers a free tier with limited daily usage (5 conversions per day, last 10 history entries) and a premium subscription with unlimited access and additional features.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. Intellectual Property

FormulaAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Formulas generated through the app are yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated formulas may contain errors. Always verify formulas before using them with important data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages caused by incorrect formulas.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
